§1 Usage Rights

1.1 This bot may be added by any Discord server administrator ("Operator") and used by server members.

1.2 Usage is free of charge and non-commercial.

§2 Conduct & Restrictions

2.1 No Abuse: The bot must not be used for spam, harassment, or other harmful activities.

2.2 Fair Use: Users may request a limited number of virtual drinks per day (1–5, depending on status). Automated mass requests are prohibited.

2.3 No Unsolicited DMs: "The Barista" will not send DMs to users and will not send unsolicited messages.

3.2 We store only Discord IDs, usernames, interaction timestamps, and virtual consumption data. No real names, emails, or images.

4.1 The bot is provided "as is" and may experience outages, delays, or errors.

4.2 We are not liable for lost data, system failures, or consequential damages.

5.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms.

5.2 Changes will be announced in the bot's status channel and updated here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
